Delete your account and all your data
You can do it yourself, at any time:
- Sign in to OneForAll.
- Open Settings, Data and export.
- To keep a copy, export your data first.
- Press "Delete my account" and confirm.
- For your safety, this needs a sign-in from the last day. If the app asks, sign out, sign in again and try once more.
Your sign-in, your workspace and everything in it are deleted at once: brands, posts, leads, jobs, tickets, your AI key, and your Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn connections with their tokens. This can't be undone.
Delete only your data
In Settings, Data and export, "Delete all data" removes every brand, post, lead, job and ticket, and your social connections with their tokens. Your sign-in, settings and AI key stay.
Facebook and Instagram data
When you connect Facebook, we get your Facebook name and user ID, the names, IDs and pictures of the Pages and Instagram accounts you pick, access tokens (stored encrypted), and the IDs and links of posts we publish for you. To delete it:
- In OneForAll, delete your data or your account as shown above. Removing an account in Social, Accounts only stops posting to it: its connection stays until you delete your data.
- In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove OneForAll. This stops our access at once.
Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there. Delete them on Facebook or Instagram.
LinkedIn data
When you connect LinkedIn, we get your name, member ID and picture, an access token (stored encrypted), and the IDs and links of posts we publish for you. To delete it:
- In OneForAll, delete your data or your account as shown above.
- In LinkedIn, open Settings and privacy, then Data privacy, then Permitted services, and remove OneForAll.
Posts already published on LinkedIn stay there until you delete them on LinkedIn.
Ask us by email
Can't sign in? Write to the contact email at the top of this page from the email address of your account, and say what to delete. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
What may stay
- Images and videos you uploaded for posts do not stay: their files are deleted from file storage along with the rest of your data.
- Copies in database backups, until those backups are deleted (see the privacy policy).
- Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
