What OneForAll is

OneForAll is a free web app for posts, leads, jobs and tasks, with AI help. It is still new: features may change or stop. If paid plans come later, nothing you use today starts costing money without your OK.

Your account

Use your own email and keep access to it safe, since sign-in links are sent there. One account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done in your account.

Your AI key

AI features run on your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. Your provider bills you for what you use, and their terms apply. Costs shown in the app are estimates from token counts; your provider's bill is the real number. We are not responsible for their charges, limits or outages.

Nothing goes out without your OK

No post is published, no message is sent and no job application is made unless you approve it. Messages to leads are sent by you, from your own email or WhatsApp. AI drafts can be wrong: read them before you approve. You are responsible for what you publish or send.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You let us store it, process it and send it where you ask (to your AI provider, or to the accounts you publish to), only to run the app for you. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload.

What you must not do

Don't use OneForAll to:

• send spam, or messages that break anti-spam, privacy or WhatsApp rules
• post fake reviews, false claims or anything made to mislead
• break the rules of Meta, LinkedIn, Google or the job sites
• collect or use people's data without the right to
• break into, overload or copy the app, or get around its limits
• do anything illegal, hateful or harmful

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google

When you connect these, their own terms apply to you too. They can change their rules or cut access at any time, and a post can fail on their side. OneForAll shows the status of each post on each account, but can't promise that a post goes out.

Leads and outreach

Business facts come from OpenStreetMap, from each business's own website, and live from Google Maps (shown, not stored, under Google's terms). They can be old or wrong. You are responsible for following the contact laws of your country and the business's country.

Jobs

Job posts come from public sources. We don't check them, and they can be old, wrong or closed. You apply on the employer's own site. Match scores and AI advice are help, not a promise.

No promises

OneForAll is free and given as it is. We do our best, but we don't promise it is always up, free of errors or right for your needs. Keep your own copy of important data: Settings, Data and export exports it at any time.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, like lost profit, lost business or lost data, or for charges from your AI provider or other services. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and tell you why when we can.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. For big changes, we email you before they apply. If you keep using OneForAll after that, you accept the new terms.
